UKFast and Manchester Jazz Festival

An eclectic mix of musical styles at Manchester Jazz Festival

UKFast supports Manchester Jazz in hosting their website so we were there, in the thick of it, to cover the action. And what a week it was!

The Manchester Jazz organisation always puts on an incredible show. Artists, staff, volunteers, sponsors, supporters and everyone else involved made the whole festival a fantastic event.

The Manchester crowd turned up rain and shine to enjoy and share the unique experience. There actually wasn't that much rain which surprised us - after all it was the "Manchester" Jazz Festival.

At St Ann's Square the crowds thickened day by day as word about the festival spread. The brand-new Leftbank Stage steadily filled up throughout the week, and the Bridgewater Hall Foyer could hardly contain everyone physically. Let alone their excitement.
